Rude behavior by OBC Cashier

Today, 20th November 2018 I went to OBC Chicken in Soshanguve Plaza to buy a 5 litre ice cream soft serve. I got in there and asked where I can get soft serve and one of the guys asked someone to help me as they are kept anywhere on the shelves. I took it and head to the cashier. After the cashier ringed it I waited to be told the price and she just stood up and look at me and I also look with astonishment because I am expecting her to tell me the price so that I can pay. She then say why look at me and I said I am waiting for you to tell me the price. And she said to mere here is the price pointing at the screen that is facing her. I said to her how am I supposed to know because the screen is facing you not me. She said how do you buy something you do not even know the price what if it was R200.00. It was my very first buying soft serve and even if it was not for the first time price differ from shop to shop. What a rude question coming from a cashier to the customer. I was completely shocked and very traumatic. And I am asking myself that because we do not know each other what does this coming from. And her male colleague was also listening. I said to her I do not know the price hence I am relying on you to tell me how much I should give you and the screen is not even facing at me. I asked her what kind of attitude is that then I left the shop because I was on duty. I need OBC to explain if is that how they train their staff to talk to customers. It means our people are been taken for a ride always when they visit the store. That was very rude, inhuman and I felt humiliated and even my rights were extremely violated to the core. She spoke to me as if she is the shareholder of the shop and I was at her mercy. She never cared where I demand my money back or not. She is there as long as time is moving comes time to knock she goes. I feel like she does not even have a best interest of the store at and the image thereof. As for me as a senior person in my work environment I would not keep people of his caliber in the business or organisation. She is very toxic. I know her face, I will never forget it and I am even thinking of taking it further if it is not addressed accordingly. I will await the response.
