Rotten snoek fish

Kindly assist her I bought snoek fish at OBC katlehong crossing yesterday morning , I'm selling later on when I want to eat it , it was rotten was not fresh .in the morning I send my children to go to the store and ask for refund or exchange when they get the ,the owner refuse to help the child ,they said we had exchange it with our own rotten snoek fish from home, I used a taxi to go n buy a rotten snoek fish and also a taxi to get exchange
