Rotten Beef

Yesterday I bought Beef meat at OBC MABOPANE of R500... Then when I got home... I unpacked the meat then packed inside small plastics. Then I realized that as I was going in the middle, the meat was rotten from the middle up until to the end pieces. It's green n sticky... The butcher just decorated with 3 pieces of fresh meat on the front... It shows that, that red meat has been in the store for a long time. As I'm typing this, my family is having diarrhea... Obc is risking with our lives. Please help me HELLOPETER.
