Pathetic service from Nosi Obc wonderpark

The worst service I got today from Nosi I went to buy ice cream today the service was fine but I went again to add one cup when I get there I was assisted by The lady called Nosi she's not even wearing a name tag I had to ask others for her name,she gave me a slip for a cup when I went back to tell her that I ddnt order this I only ordered a cup,instead of changing she said I said cone we fought like for 3 minutes fighting for a cup I insisted that i wanted a cup she kept on telling me that I said cone I told her in not stupid to say something and forget Sametime She got no remorse of what she did instead she kept on taking until the team leader came and do the void,the team leader even said please stop taking and apologize to me but Nosi kept on talking I'm asking myself that how can a person like her having a job that she can't appreciate or respect,she's so rude to a point of she doesn't care about her job,she's even slowly her line dragged like she's still learning

I never had any bad experience with obc I always buy But Nosi is having her own issues and need to be handled correctly You can't hire someone like nosi who doesn't respect customers she speaks like it's her shop 🙄 and she's an employee I was so calm when the team leader came she did her good job by apologising and tell nosi to keep quited That's actually shows that she loves her job and respect.
