OBC Rotten Meat

The worsted experience ever, imagine buying beef tripe from the store in Mohlakeng Makati mall an find it rotten (spoiler) I even told the guys at butcher before I bought he product that I doesn't look ok and they said it ok. When I got home after buying it found it rotten while cleaning it out, I took it back the manager was arrogant and just said " Go take another one" with no apology at all. Sadly it not the 1st time and most people are complaining talking how the meat is so spoiler.
