OBC Primrose

I had a very disappointing experience at this OBC branch. The service was poor, the staff were not friendly or helpful, and the overall customer experience was far below what I expected. The management needs to improve staff training, customer care, and the way customers are treated. A business should focus on providing good service and quality products to everyone who walks through the door. Unfortunately, my experience has left me reluctant to return. And most the workers hired are foreign nationals.
