Complain

I am a regular customer at OBC in king williams town, i buy eggs for my business there on a daily basis and now yesterday a shelf fell next to the stacks of eggs when i just took a 60's box, now a lady security guard came from the door just to swear at me for that and she did'nt have a nice approach plus she was extremely rude when shen told me not to **** on her (sundinyela) only because i told her that i could'nt have done anything to stop that shelf from falling...was highly dissapointed with how i was treated but not by the OBC staff but the guard of a security company they put trust on
