There is a syndicate of foreign nationals that claim to run auctioning companies. Companies like Obama Auctioneer's and another called First choice repo.

They advertise their cars through OLX and when you ask to view the cars they force you to make a deposit! I refused to make a deposit until I saw the car. When I arrived at their "offices" I was told the car was just sold.

Surrounding businesses will tell you they've never seen cars enter that place, they have no knowledge of those people selling vehicles.
