Obag South Africa is absolutely shocking

The absolute worst quality, my bag has now bent and changed shape twice. I've had it replaced earlier this year. Then it happened again. Their response always is we will return or refund because its older than a year. I got it only last year for Christmas and replaced beginning of this year. They again have stated its due to putting heavy stuff on or it leaving it in the sun.

My handbag literally goes everywhere with me, its in with me driving, at work or at home.

This is south africa, its a hot country, there is also theft so there is no ways my bag would stay in the car outside! and once again it's a handbag therefore used every day.

I would highly recommend not buying any of their products. Shocking quality and disgusting service.
