Unclear service

Opted in for the water refill program, they where very quick to get the contract sent through and take the R399 from my account. Only to let me know my order is ready for collection. When I visited my ne arest Oasis they stated this could only be done at selected Oasis stores. Would be great if that was clearly stated... So once again, money was taken without supplying a service.
