"The customer is always right" means nothing anymore.

We have been loyal customers of Oasis Water, Howick for about 2 years now. We refill the big 25l bottles as we have a dispenser. Yesterday our refills tasted terrible, too many chemicals and I felt like I was drinking camp water. When I asked for the water to be changed out, the owner of the company refused.
