Terrible service

If there was a 0 option I would choose it. I placed an offer for a water dispenser. I was advised with 7 days delivery should be made, note I had to pay R399 upfront before application could be processed. Once payment made I waited for delivery. 3 weeks afterwards I received an email saying they waiting on stick and by end June I should received it. Almost 2 months later no dispenser received still and no update from them at all. I eventually asked to cancel the order because their service was terrible. I enquired about my refund, all of sudden I must provide proof of my payment, but my application could not be processed without payment??? How is that logical 🤔 they refuse to refund me without the POP. Such a nightmare, guys rather go with a reputable company
