TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE

My worst experience with a professional establishment ever. Firstly they debited my account and only provided my product 2 weeks later due to high order volumes.

Secondly I sent countless emails for feedback regarding my queries and not one single email was rep**** to. When you phone in they say someone will get back to you, never happens.

Lastly after the eventually confirmed that my product was ready for collection. I went to the relevant store. Only to be told my product is not there and that was another delay.
