Poor service at Oasis Water

I took my containers to Oasis water at Seadoone Mall in Seadoone, Amanzimtoti, kzn, yesterday ,to have have them refilled. Time..1pm. The assistant started to fill the containers without rinsing them out. I questioned him about this and insisted that he rinses them before filling. He became quite rude to me, and kept on repeating that the rinse water was getting wasted and that someone has to pay for it. He however did proceed to rinse them, but quite minimally, all the time insisting that the company was wasting money. I had one 10 litre container which I could not lift into the trolley, and asked for help. He refused to help. Both my wife and I are in our 70s and cannot lift heavy objects. We struggled to lift the container into the trolley. This is indeed terrible service, fraught with inherent danger. Containers must be rinsed properly before filling. I urge people to be aware of this terrible service and consider their options. It would be great if the management can comment on this poor service, and ensure a return to former excellent service.
