Pathetic Customer Service

I've been trying to reach them since January 2024, to please ask for a debit order change date. They've never even rep****. After trying again and again in the beginning of April I got ahold of a girl named Jessica. She helped me to move the debit order date and provided me with their banking details. I've paid the FULL amount outstanding, only for Alandi to send me a termination letter, within 20 days. I emailed the POP on the 25th of April and this still happens. What the actual F ????????????
