Oasis Water Lies

I have been Oasis Water for a long time but I am old and cannot keep looking for someone to carry up the water bottles to my second level residence. I use about 5 x 5liters bottles per week. I decided to rather order the water container with bottles. The application stated a choice for the items to be delivered which I chose being elderly and living on the second floor. Oasis then refuse to deliver the container and water to my residence. False advertising. The manager refused to discuss this with me. I am not only the only person who this happened to. I also could not get the colour of container. So watch out for this company
