Oasis Water Exchange (Online Program)

I am very disappointed at the level of professionalism displayed by Oasis Water... Their Water Exchange program - where you place an order online for a dispenser and water bottles is far from being effective and efficient.

I placed an online order with Oasis Water on 24th of March 2023 and I have not received it to date (04.05.2023) - almost 2 months of waiting!

When you reach out to them - you are not able to speak on the telephone with a person...they direct you to a Whatsapp number. Despite numerous texts between myself and Oasis (via Whatsapp) - they seem to not have a clue on how to locate my order. Even after going to their outlets - they are not able to locate the order...

A big fail in my opinion.
