Oasis Gateway KZN

Just so highly disappointed by the gateway oasis branch. KZN is just been hit by the worst weather possible. The branch closed 5pm. We arrived at 5:05pm. The doors were still wide open, the employee standing outside smoking laughing and chatting to someone else. I asked to purchase just 1 5L as we are in desperate need and there is no water supply across KZN. He said they have water but they are closed and refused to let me purchase anything, saying he also needed to get home. He then proceeded to put a 5L, which I can only assume was for his personal use in a vehicle.

You’d think in these trying times with no water supply in grocery stores or anywhere else Oasis as a business would be willing to extend their business hours to accommodate those affected by this tragic event across KZN. Needless to say will think twice before supporting the KZN gateway brand ever again.
