No water for Four days

Just released by Joburg Water:

A contractor has damaged the 350mm pipe at the river in Government street in Jhb North. Customers in the following areas will have no water or low pressure: Bloubosrand, Waterford Estate, Joburg North, Jukskei, Cedar Creek, Cedar Ave West and Cedar. Till today there is still no water since Tuesday how long does it take to fix a pipe we are suffering and you still expect us to pay every month this is always a recurring issue pipes being damaged and the same area always being affected please fix this matter.
