Just another brilliant South African idea which is poorly managed. I signed up a 12 month contract for 100ltrs a month which includes a cooler. Firstly I had to drive 55 kms to collect my cooler and to get my first 50 ltr water. Then when i needed to refill 2 weeks later nobody knew who I was and had no record of me. I made 3 telephone calls and spoke to 5 different people and sent off my contract as proof to 3 different email addresses and in the mean time I had to pay for my refills. 4 months later this is still not sorted out so I was simply forced to cancel my contract and go somewhere else. Another pure example of a good product idea in South Africa which is poorly managed.
