I feel like I'm being ****med

Hello everyone

I am seeking for someone who can help me with this case.i left my job on the 1st of November and I wanted to claim my UIF benefits since I had been working for almost 3years. However when I inquired about it i discovered that i wasn't registered as an employee, and neither was anyone else our working hours were excessive, and we were paid less than we deserved. And now she's refusing to pay me my money money since i was supposed to get paid on the 12th this month she told me that she's paying upfront. And since i told her that i will take this matter far she started asking for everyone's ID Copies, and we were not getting payslips.
