Employee f-ups.

As a frequent visitor to both Vereeniging an Meyerton branches I finally had enough of them, they NEVER greet their clients and today one of my bottles spilled because it was not closed properly, after returning for the bottle the employee was busy mopping the floor and I asked him to hand me the bottle so that I don't have to walk where he just cleaned and I was greeted with a death stare!!! If this is how your employees behave towards customers and then the manager wants to tell me they are all wonderful employees you have serious problems! Needless to say I will from now on spend my money where customers are greeted when they enter the store and apologized to when EMPLOYEES make a f-up!! Disgusting!!
