Don't do business with them!!!!!

I am posting not because I think they are going to respond but rather to warn others not to do business with Oasis water. I app**** online for a monthly contract, submitted payment details, accepted terms etc. This was a week ago. I have sent them emails, been to the shop in our area twice, tried to call twice, no feedback, actually you have to save a voicemail, even the staff in the store have no way of contacting them except via a whatsapp group?? The concern I have is that they now have my banking details on file. Stay away from them, extremely unprofessional outfit
