Disappointing service

I don't want to be a Karen. But legitimately the most frustrated i have been with a service since Telkom ADSL. Have a 12 month contract for water delivery. We are at month 3 with only 1 delivery last month after begging 4 different contacts to deliver the water. Now i don't mind going to the Oasis shop and refilling my bottles, but if the contract stipulates 2x refills per month delivered. Why should it not be delivered? Then the message for debit order reminder comes through today. Dropped the Dispenser with empty cans at the Oasis store. Will look for a different company to support who offers some sort of service.
