Disappointed

Shocking service received from Oasis in general. The gentleman working in the store on Sunday could barely lift his eyes off his phone to answer our questions. Then when we tried emailing the Paardeneiland email address we were given nobody responds. I contacted another branch in the Winelands who promised to email me the pricelist... day 3 and still nothing received. Clearly they have reached full capacity and do not need the business. I'm shocked.
