Contract deviation

Disappointed. OASIS promoted their monthly R499 water dispenser + 100 litres of Oasis Water delivered to your door. This was included on the sale of contract.This only lasted 1 month. Now they are saying we must go to Umhlanga to fill up. Which is 35kms away from me. SAD and Disappointed especially after sending 6 emails with no response I just hope I don't get charged R499 on the 1st of March because I've canceled me contract. Too good to be true
