Bad tasting Oasis Water

We have a contract with Oasis Northriding. For the past two months, the 5L bottles we pick up from them, have a chemical smell and the taste of the water is like that of a disinfectant.

We have reported it to them and they said it’s how they received it from their depot. The problem continues and their water tastes worse than Jhb tap water. Highly disappointed and frustrated. Unfortunately have a contract with them but will find another supplier to fill our bottles.
