Bad service and dont care about what customers say

I have the monthly subscription with oasis. I took 5 bottles on the second wanted to take my last 5 bottles they said i took all 10 i then had a look they and sai i took 10 bottles in one day. How is that possible you can only take 5 at a time. I would not recomend them at all
