Bad customer service

Bad service, *********** and rude staff at Bronkhorstspruit outlet. The card machine has not been working and I was told to go and withdraw money to pay for my water. Its a distance to access the nearest atm. they should atleast put a signage where its visible or fix the problem. The staff is not friendly. It is just an inconvenience.
