Avoid melville oasis water bad customer service

A few days ago, I was purchasing 4 20/liters refills at your melville branch, the store female manager refused to assit with bringing the filled water containers to the car cause her support staff had ran off to do other things, I questioned her about getting her staff back to assit, she got annoyed and said its not part of the service, I told her I have been purchasing tons of water for years at oasis and this was always the service I received, she got extremely aggressive and arrogant and refused to give her name, I did phone the head office and laid a complained with thus far no communication from them, I am extremely disappointed with this oasis branch, also staff do not wear name tags, the lady also mentioned she is the owner, which I find that hard to believe cause a owner would be more vigilant, so I guess oasis water will not assit elderly or female clients or anyone with a bad back who needs help loading water into their car. This is pathetic!!!
