Bad service and rude attitude of Backpackers Oasis

<p>Hi, i had the most terrible experience with Backpackers Oasis/Oasis Shanti. I made a booking for next years KKNK. I phoned them to confirm but the lady said they just work with e-mails. I mailed her to ask if the room will be convinient for my mother of 75, and she rep****: You are welcome to look for another place to stay. I rep****: Excuss me! Please phone me. Louise never phoned me. I phoned again and ask if my place was booked and that i want to send the deposit. The lady even told me how much deposit I must give. I again ask them to confirm by phoning me. After paying the money in, FOR THE 1ST TIME, she phoned me and said that there is no rooms available and that she will pay back my deposit. I told her that I spoke to her earlier. why didnt she said something!! Really, i never in my life was treated so bad. No customer service!!!!!</p>
