Lack of integrity

Over 16k was paid in error to this company, which they acknowledged and never paid back. It has been several months and even after coming to a repayment arrangement I have only been ignored and been paid lip-service. What is worse, they use to look after my mother and she has no funds to now pay for her medical expense, which she desperately requires to fund her Alzheimer and other medical expenses.
