Oasis Holidays is a ****, stay away !!!

****, ****, **** Saw their Facebook add on 11 Feb 2024, advertising a Zanzibar trip for 2 Adults for R24,000, clicking on the add takes you to their website, selected the special, added the additional items like food and drinks packages and selected the travel dates

Instantly received an email "Order ***x" confirmed" with a link to the website for payment instructions, tried to Phone the contact number on the site to confirm legality of the Travel agency, no answer...we wrote it off believing the number is not manned on Sundays.

Paid the money, sent the POP to the email provided on the payment instruction page, the mail returned stating such address does not exits.....Suspicion kicks in !!!

Next day, Monday 12 Feb: Tried to phone the listed number MULTIPLE times at random time frames no answer, used the "Get in touch" web option...no response, found a "Contact Us" which resolves to a gmail address, sent mails....no response, tried SMS's...no response, tried Whatsapp....no response

We have tried all of the above communications methods for days after our initial booking, till now....NO response
