Oasis Residence in Durban

I booked in that apartment for 31 of Dec 2024 to 2nd of Jan 2025 as usual when I arrived in the reception to check in I met to Nigerian guys and told them I have arrived and checked they books and said I cancilled the booking and I very shocked ubana how? They told me if I did my booking on booking.com I need credit card to pay not debit card and I currently made a payment via EFT straight to their account. These two gentlemen said the is nothing they can do on their side I need to contact booking.com and immediately a white guy came and said the same thing, the guy actually said I must pay the money again as the have space for one room. I went outside to tell my mother about this whole situation and I though let me go and open a case ***** towards Oasis Residence because I came very far to come and sleep on a rainy weather though I paid the accommodation. I went back to them to let them knw that I am going to open a case against the Oasis residence. The white guy quick said I must fetch my staff and check in and I asked what happened to the cancelation. The guy said he speak about that tomorrow he wants to go somewhere.
