Oasis Auto **********

I bought a supposedly X3 2.0d Intercooler from Oasis Auto at 15 Top Road Unit 9, Boksburg for R2300, I couriered this part to PE and found that it was not a suitable part for my X3, I returned the part to them and requested a correct part or naturally I would be given my money back, a very rude Indian male and Indian female told me that they don't return money on second hand goods sold, and this was never communicated with me at the time of purchase, this is not a business but ****s disguised as a business, the part I know for a fact will be used to de***** someone else, if Hellopeter can assist me to get my money back I would be delighted, if not please take this as a warning that Oasis Auto are ********** who have total disregard for consumers, they told me I can go to police or even take them to court they will not refund and don't have another part to give me.
