I demand a refund for a canceled holiday from Oarabile holiday bargains

Oarabile holiday bargains refuses to refund us after we postponed out vacation n unfortunately some of the group members pulled out. I asked them to deduct a cancelation fee n refund us but they refused they can't even provide a document stating about their no refund policy because I don't think they have it please help me to get my hard earned money back.
