Useless Broker

This company is taking my money every month as a broker but they are not representing me, and their number is not going through when i need to contact them. my insurance is been increasing again and again, as broker they are doing nothing to negotiate for my discount, i do not see their role, if they don't help me on the recent increase of my insurance, i am going to cancel them and get another broker that will be accessible and helpful. These ones are just collecting money but not representing their client, i will never recommend them to anyone. They do not care about their clients; they just care about collecting me.
