I had an accident on the 24/10/2015 and my claim was approved by affinity on the 03/11/2015. The car was towed to Leon Panelbeaters (Bloemfontein) who has been waiting for tyres since November and the insurance and broker are not the referees they are spectators at my own cost since they don't call or give me progress . I have used closed to 600 for phoning and meter taxi to check on the panelbeater . I need the car on the 09/12/15 who will assist me .
