The most pathetic service from oaksure and their consultants.sweeter talkers but good for nothing. DISGUSTING
The most pathetic insurance company. With unprofessional consultants who sweet talk but not produce or stick to their words. If Bafana Oaksure consultant read my review today. Sir with all due respect. You cintacted me on friday morning and you promised to get back to me before end of business day and today is Tuesday. What makes you differ from khensani Portia Mboweni who **** to me a year ago that tge summons pertaining my claim was going to be submited to outsurance. By sweet talking to me and not act will worsen your horribly and pathetic service i already received from your company.

The matter will be addressed with Bafana. However, when it comes to third party excess recoveries, the process is lengthy. We do not call the shots on such issues. This is done by the Insurance company which is VUM and the third party insurer. As your brokers, we will do our best to push the insurers' but we can do so much.
