Terrible Service.

We have lodged a claim with Oaksure Financial Services, a month ago. The insurer is Renasa. Both the insurer and the broker are playing hide and seek. Firstly, dealing with the staff at Oaksure, is a nightmare. If you ask them to give you the name of their manager, you are told that his name is Luke but you will never get to speak to him, whether he exists or not, it is mystery. Every time you ask to speak to him, you are told that he has stepped out. Their staff members seem not to know much about their own company including organogram. Most of their staff members are rude except for Themba. We have dealt with the likes of Matshidiso Segwenyane, Mpumi Msibi. All these people just ignore you. Since the claim was lodged no one has told us anything. This morning when I called I was told that there was nothing on the system.

We have tried to get hold of the insurer Renasa wherein we spoke to a certain Nikki who had promised to look into our issues but later vanished. She is no longer answering our calls.
