*****ing money from my account

I would like to report this so called aoksure that has suddenly deducted my money in my account without any authority or mandate to do so as I have no business with them.i don't anything about them or what they sell but they have guts to ***** my money.worse I can't even get hold of them. so they tell my why they took my money without any agreement as I know nothing about them.
