Sipho Mlotshwa - You have restored my faith in Good Customer Service - ENKOSI!

Last year I phoned my brokers to change my address which decreased my premiums but unfortunately the annual increase put the premium at more than what the revised premium was. I phoned the brokers back today (08 Jan 2018) and I was fortunate enough to get a call from Sipho Mlotshwa and let me tell you, this guy was excellent. Friendly, engaging and you can tell he knows what he is talking about. He tried his absolute best to revise my premium which he did and I was happy about that and I accepted the premium. He then called me again to tell me that no, he has further revised my premium and it was back to where it was when I changed the address last year November - This is the premium I am extremely happy with). I thought this was excellent because my phone had been blocking calls from my brokers seeing them as span but he kept on trying and trying (8 or 9 times to be exact) until he got through to me (I'm pretty certain that some people could have given up and I would be paying a high premium without knowing it could be lower). This shows me that not only is this person committed to excellent customer service but he actually cares and for this, I am thankful.
