Sibongiseni Sawa is Awesome

My previous insurer had debited my account despite my having cancelled with them in January 2015. This meant that i would not have enough money in the bank to cover my insurance admin fee. Sibonginseni arranged for the admin fee debit to be posponed to a more favourable day and advised me to go to the bank and reverse the previous insurers debit.
