Poor Service

My car was involved in an accident last year Nov 2018 in Pietermaritzburg. I was told to send the car to Ballito Panel beaters in Durban end they messed up my car. I than informed my broker (OakSure) that Ballito Panel Beaters messed up my car. My Broker wrote to them about my complain but till today my car is not fixed. The matter was later escalated to Macdonald Sebola (Origen Insurance Manager) who is been not helpful not responding to our emails, I really don’t know what to do now. What’s really bothering me now is that even my Broker Oaksure is very quiet about this I am the only one who is doing follow-ups so my question is what is the use of having Oaksure as my broker if they are failing to help me as their client?. Am really not happy about this because am paying them as my broker monthly. It’s been over 8 Months waiting for my car to be fixed and I have lost over R80 000 because am using my car for business purposes.
