Phenomenal service

I'd like to compliment Dean Griffin, for the excellent service he provided me with from yesterday. He helped me sort out my insurance that hasn't been updated for months, went through the policy with me patiently. This took more than an hour and he still wasn't frustrated whatsoever .I also discovered that I qualified for a premium drop on my insurance which came as a shock and was fantastic news. He was able to verify and clarify a few things . He further contacted me today to do a follow up and remind me of updated documents which I needed to send.Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended and I look forward to a good relationship with the company moving forward.
