Oaksure *************

If you have taken a car Insurance policy with Oaksure and they told you to send pictures Instead of goigg for inspection you going to face serious Financial implications

I took a vehicle insurance with Oaksure on behalf of VUM and their consultant as per calls are recorded said I should just take pictures and send it to them which I did as form of inspection

VUM did not recognize that as Inspection and charge excess.... Oaksure accepted liability and now they are not paying... First they needed approval for management which they got ask for banking details which I gave and nothing and still nothing..last they said they waiting for HR to give their consultant papers to sign which I do not understand how their employee internal affairs has to do with payment . Tracey mbhalati great consultant with good customer service she is the one assisting though she is not management so not a decider

Even now m still waiting.. Careful when dealing with Oaksure.. TRUST IN THEIR BUSINESS IS UNRELIABLE
