Oaksure financial service: Bad insurance company

You guys need to stop lying to all the Bolt car owners. I submitted a claim more than 20 days ago and now all your stuff are ditching me. Why are they now avoiding phoning me to update me about my claim Why are they no longer responding to my emails. If you fail to pay up 5000r. Why about if my car is ****** or Andile involved in an accident. Is this a financial service company or FLY by NIGHT company....? I wonder if there is any Bolt car owner who can testify that you are a good insurance company. Don’t play with my emotions. I am regretting why I left OUTsurance. Fine you took my money but I will settle the balance and leave you guys alone. I hope some of the Bolt drivers ditch you the way you ditched me. I wonder if you are a registered company. Phone at times do not get answered and the people who are supposed to be assisting us are busy throwing dead snakes to each other... not my department not my department.... who are you people
