Not our problem
I have had insurance with this company for approx 2 years. I cancelled end of last month due to my vehicle being sold. I was not informed that by cancelling insurance towards the end of the month the debit order might still go off. Now that it has, no one seems to care and I am being told to make contact with the insurance company directly, or go to the bank and reverse the debit order. Joseph also said that as I am no longer insured with them they are not prepared to help me. They were very happy to collect monies from me as my broker for the last two years but now they pass the buck and say its my problem. He managed to come up with all sorts of excuses as to why it was my fault (one month cancellation period, proof of car being sold, and a bunch of other things). Lastly he was supposed to contact the insurance company and get back to me which was two days ago and I have heard nothing since. If I reverse the debit order, who pays for this? I am unable to go to the bank as I work longer hours than the bank. If I wanted to deal direct with the insurance company I would never have used a broker.

Very disappointing, irritating, lack of professionalism!
