no response , generic parts used on repairs
STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY , please don't use oaksure as brokers , its hell to get hold of any broker to resolve your claims and eventually when you do get to a point of repairing the car , they use aftermarket parts on critical components of the vehicle ... matshiditso pathetic service , mike is totally illiterate . lion of africa same story , ************ ... do not let them approach you at the uber greenhub , they are ************

The insured vehicle has been taken and quoted at the insurer of your choice, the vehicle is out of warranty and has more than 250 000 km's. As per industry standards, the use of grey parts is recommended on repairs on vehicles out of warranty and as per insurance principle of like for like. These parts are not inferior.
Repairs will continue as approved by the insurer.
