NO FEEDBACK

on the 20th of this month due to some problems that I had, and resolved with my bank a debit order for my car insurance came back as unpaid I called UNITY insurance they reffered me back to Oaksure as my insurance brokers, I then called and spoke to Musa and told him my story and requested that my debit order go off again the next day as my bank account issues have been resolved. Musa advised me that he'll escalate this and even asked me which date I'd like it to go off, which I advised him the very next day wich was the 21st of this month. today is the 23rd no one has called me nor has the debit order gone off, please explain why that is.
